The Wonder and Power of Words

I was fortunate to meet Rebecca Clark, Owner of Move Your Desk, about a year ago when I was looking to make some life changes, and to develop my blog. She was an inspirational coach, and I was honored to be invited to be interviewed in one of her Podcasts. It is so hard to watch myself; a live setting doesn't give much opportunity to think through the questions, or to formulate a perfect response, and there are aspects of the video I might change, given the chance for a do-over!
